الجرعة
البالغين: يعطى تسريباً وريدياً بمعدل 0.5-2 نانو غرام/كلغ/دقيقة لمدة 6 ساعات يومياً.
يُحضر على شكل محلول معد للتسريب الوريدي بتركيز 67 مكغ/0.5مل.
