When dropping off the computer for repair or service we have a 24 hours a day, 7 days per week pickup and fall off area open to the public. To drop your computer off, simply complete an invoice and put a copy in the fall off box with the computer. The service begins that day with an update following the next day via phone. Please try to provide details of what you would like to have done to expedite services. If your personal computer requires hardware or you want to upgrade we'll call you and show you prices and options. When work is complete we will contact you and you can arrange pickup or pay over the telephone with a credit card and pickup anytime. If your personal computer was picked up you are able to choose to have it dropped off as part of the USD35 pickup fee. If you dropped off your computer and would like to have it dropped off and setup the USD35 fee would apply.
