I am a huge advocate of "games as art". I love it when a game includes a rich article that reallyattracts you in. Usually, though, I find I'm pressed for time andjust feel like playing something simple andentertaining. There is loads ofactivities like that available, nonetheless it isquite unusual to see a site that compiles lots of "quick fun"activities together. Why I'm pleased topresent my impressions of the free online game archive site "FrivGames", also called "Juegos Friv" for the Spanish speakers in the audience that is. So without further ado...Sometimes the situation calls for an activity you take a seat throughout the day and spend yourselfin. At different times, though, until it isstopping time you're just completed with all of your work andneed something to keep you busy. These will be the times when you merely want a simple activity to spend sometime and get in a small gaming repair. I was satisfied at therange of "jump right in"-style games offered on a websitenamed "Friv Games", the "Friv" being short for "Frivolous". I was astonished tosee, however, that numerous activities in their collection maykeep you employed all day. Let's take a peek at what "Juegos Friv" have to provide, will we? , I found plenty of stress. Advertisements, commercials, and people selling me things. That is, until I discovered "FrivGames". They archive together the best free flash games the Internet provides, all in one place without advertisements andheadaches. I had want to share my experiences with "Juegos Friv" as I have come to call them, as well as display some of my favorite games in theirextensive collection. Are we all sitting comfortably?

Visiting the site, you're presented with a no-nonsense view of every activity that FrivGames (or as our Spanish-speaking friends might call it, Juegos de Friv) has available. Hover your mouse over agame that seems interesting to learn its name, and click the icon to beginplaying. Unlike many activity websites, you can find noadverts or commercials that get in your way. You jump straight to themotion. That earns this website keypoints in my book. After the title screen comes up, you're prepared to begin the game. Any controls you have to know, suchas keys or mouse buttons, are obviously indicated on the left side of the display, so there iszero learning curve.

Now, let's take a peek at some of the games. I will focus on action titles. One which instantly caught my attention is "MarioSuper", the motion system activity which should be quite familiar toanybody who performed Nintendo games throughout the 1980sand 90s. The Mario knowledge is given and carefullyrecreated an upgrade with simple, limited controls, snappier physics andenhanced graphics. Another sport in thistype I found particularly exciting to play was "Toffy Cat". Thatunique, fast-paced platformer places you in the shoes (paws?) of a housecat wanting to save his freezer from aliens in flying saucers. How's that for an originalidea?

"Big Battle Tanks" is an amusing action game you are able toplay in either Campaign (Story) or Deathmatch setting. In Deathmatchmethod, around five people can enjoy. The game may add CPUopponents, if less than that amount are enjoying. Select yourterrain and tanks and try to aim your photos to blow your opponents off the map. "Shamrock Shooter" is an innovative game attempt to capture all the bags of gold it is possible to beforethe display is fallen off by him and where youlaunch a Leprechaun off a clover leaf. The background music is a soothing series of Irish tunes. I enjoy the flutesespecially.

I rather liked the game "Heir", where you play as a soldier attempting to survive a variety of limitations. Here is the sort of sport that informs you hardly any and enables you to find the story on your own. I do not wish to ruin it for you, so only be patient. We also have "Nail Color Workshop", which for what it is, is rather innovative. Youpractically make nail polish using potions and a magicalcauldron. I had never have looked at any particular one.

In an Internet full of misleading links, adverts and otherannoyances, Friv Games focuses on what is important: The games. Bravo!
